4 Months

Nate turned 4 months last week. He had his check up yesterday. He now weighs 15 lbs. 2 ozs. and is 25 inches long. As much as this kid eats he should weigh more, but when you throw up as much as he does, maybe not. I asked the doctor about him getting up every 3 hours at night and how to break him of that. Here is an example of what I'm talking about. The other night he woke up at 10, 1, 4, and 7 to eat and also woke up at 5:30 just because. The doc said he has a sleep association with mommy. The only way Nate will fall asleep is if I'm holding him. So he gave us some info on how to get him to sleep and also how to stop feeding him at night. He said at 4 months he doesn't need to eat at night anymore. He also had to have his shots yesterday, which didn't go over well last night. He cried from about 6:00 until 10:00. He cried so much we called the doctor. He said he was fine and to alternate Tylenol and Motrin. He seems to be in a better mood today.
