Future Ballers?

For the last couple of days we have been going to baseball games trying to catch the last games of the season. Some of these guys really do look like pros. Take Jake. He of course has to slide into second base, he was safe by the way. Good thing it was their last game. I would hate to have to try and get that uniform clean. And Anthony really looks like a pro baseball player standing in the dugout. Look closely is all I have to say. Yesterday was Zach's last game and he got 3 hits, his last one all the way in the outfield. After the game he got his trophy and he was really excited. Other than that we haven't been doing much of anything. We are gearing up for the month of July where we will be gone for almost the entire month.

Big Brother Already?

A couple weeks ago we went to Katy's graduation party (she graduated from nursing school, Yeah Katy!). At the party were two little babies only a couple weeks old. I'm not sure how it happened but Zach decided to play big brother to one of them. Zach got to hold him, feed him, and burp him. He did a really good job too. Baby Update

I had a doctors appointment yesterday. I knew the gaining of 1 pound wouldn't last. I gained 4 pounds since my last appointment. I blame it on the fact that I went away twice and got to eat real meals (once to camp the other the cottage). So my total weight gain thus far is 12 pounds. I am 25 weeks with 15 more weeks to go. The doctor said I am measuring 27 weeks though. I am more than halfway there. Yeah!! The heart rate was 144 and my glucose test came back almost abnormal he said. Mine was 135 whatevers and abnormal is 140. He said even those people who are between 140 and 145 when further testing is done it is usually negative for diabetes, so not to worry. I will try to post a better picture so everyone can see my stomach. That's all anybody wants to see anyway:)

First Swim of the Season

Before we went on vacation we went to Aunt Wendy's to go swimming since it had been so hot. At one point Zach jumps in and swallows all kind of water and water went up his nose. He says to Lee, "I forgot how to swim". Needless to say he is remembering quickly that he has to hold his breath and plug his nose.

Vacation!!

Zach and I got to go on vacation last week to New York or as Zach says "Nork". We had some really hot weather for a couple days and got to spend time on the beach. Zach went in the water with Grandma, but it was still way to cold for me to go in. Jake and Brody came up for the weekend and of course Zach didn't want to leave. They had fun going to the park, riding bikes, looking for sea glass and of course playing game cube. Zach can't wait to go in vacation again.

First Holy Communion

This is really a late post but on my behalf, I was sick, therefore wasn't there to enjoy the day. Anthony had his first Holy Communion back in May. Here is a pic of him all dressed up the his uncle and cousin.

Brody's Graduation

This is a little late but Brody graduated from his preschool on May 22. It was a beach theme and the kids got to sing all kinds of songs. For anyone who knows Brody he loves the guitar. So here is a clip of him jammin with it.
